Provide me with basic information for your home such as:
Address, Subdivision, Style of House, Age of House, Square Footage by level if you know it, # of Bed Rooms & Bath Rooms, other Rooms such as dining room, mud room, office.  That information may still be in the MLS system if you purchased your home recently.
   
Better:
Print out and fill in as much as you can of the Residential Data Form  and Fax or mail this information to me.  I will use this information detail to develop a more precise value of your home.
