According to NAR, approximately 85% of all homebuyers work with realtors.  That means there are more than five times a many buyers working with agents and they may never see your home, even if you list in the MLS.               If this is correct, only about 15% of buyers are looking for FSBOs and they will be looking for a variety of different home styles. Only a portion of that 15%, will be looking for a home like yours.        You may want to give it a try but, NAR reports that approximately 75% of FSBO homeowners will list their home with a Real Estate Agent within 60 to 90 days of beginning the FSBO sales process.                               In Columbia, there approximately 600 Agents working to sell listed homes.
